About a week before delivery you will receive a call from our courier to arrange an appointment. If the proposed date doesn't work out, you can easily set a new one. In this case, delivery may take place 2–3 weeks later.

It depends on the type of stain. For light stains, a damp cloth, a little dishwashing liquid and circular movements are often sufficient.
Alternatively, you can remove the individual stained cover, machine wash it and reattach it once clean.

All of our fabrics are pet friendly. Hair can be easily removed with an adhesive roller or a damp cloth.
Additionally, the fabrics are woven so tightly that cats' claws cannot easily damage the inside.
And if a part were to become damaged, it is possible to simply replace the individual covering and the sofa will be as good as new again.
In addition, all the fabrics are extremely practical, because they can be easily washed when our four-legged friends leave some stains.

The elements are connected very easily via Velcro fasteners. These guarantee a perfect hold: even children jumping on the sofa do not cause the elements to slip or separate. 😉
How should I proceed if I want to wash the upholstery?
How should I proceed if I want to wash the upholstery?
- Remove the coverings from the sofa (and possibly separate them by color)
- Fold the Velcro fasteners to prevent them from getting caught
- Turn the lining inside out
- Insert the cover into the washing machine drum
- Add detergent*
- Select the delicate program at 30°C, set the spin cycle to minimum, start and wait
- Shake the coverings and let them dry preferably in the open air
- Do not iron - cover the sofa immediately and enjoy it

To prevent the coating from losing quality, we do not recommend the use of fabric softeners and bleaches.

To avoid marks and scratches on the floor, we recommend applying protective felt pads under the feet of the sofa. You can buy them at any DIY store. With time and use, the felt wears out and must be replaced.
Our sofas with wooden feet are already supplied with protective felt pads.

Veil is the most durable fabric. It is often used in the hotel and restaurant sector thanks to its very high resistance to abrasion.
Mollia, on the other hand, is a softer fabric, with a diagonal structure and a slight shine. This makes the color appear more vivid on the sofa, giving it a particularly elegant look.
Cotton is a 100% natural material, but it is a "living" fabric: it tends to wrinkle and, after washing, the color can fade over time or the material can slightly deform.

Velcro fasteners are always included in the delivery. However, if you need more, you can reorder them for free at any time.

Each sofa can be made in the colors you prefer, at no additional cost. Simply indicate this in the order notes and the sofa will be produced accordingly. However, we remind you that personalized sofas are excluded from the right of return.

Custom sofas and upholstery are excluded from the right of return. A sofa is considered customized when it deviates from the standard variant present on the Livom website, for example due to different colours, modified dimensions or individual configurations made via the configurator.
